Eggs 'n Things, the popular Waikiki eatery for both locals and tourists since 1974, was first opened on Ena Road in Waikiki by Jerry　and Jan Fukunaga. The key goals that the founders, Jerry and Jan, always had in mind were using fresh ingredients, keeping the prices reasonable, and treating everyone like Ohana (family). More than 37 years later, the tradition of serving quality food and the spirit of Aloha still continues. Serving breakfast into the evening has been another reason Eggs 'n things is loved.

You will be back again and again during your visit, and you will make it a MUST DO AGAIN each and every time you return to our Islands. We are often crowded, but no one is disappointed. We think we have the "BEST BREAKFAST IN HAWAII". You will have to be the final judge.

 

Although anyone who has ever eaten at Eggs ’n Things will agree that the experience is well worth the wait, there is often a line, some mornings, as early as 7 am, so we suggest you get here early or if you do have to wait, we’ll try our best to make sure it is worth the wait.

 

When you do get seated, a host(ess) in classic Aloha wear of tropical designs greets you. Waitresses wear the unique aprons which were designed by founder Jan Fukunaga and her mother many years ago. The aprons remain a discussion topic among our customers, many of whom continue to ask if they are for sale. 　The aprons are custom made and are available for sale in our gift shop. However, they are a very popular item and are handmade by our waitresses, so sometimes they sell out.

 

When you’re here, be sure to also visit our retail shop. We sell our buttermilk pancake mix, our syrups, our Waialua coffee, eco-bags, T-shirts and more.

 

Eggs 'n Things is now located on Saratoga Road and is proud to announce that its second location will be hatching at the Waikiki Circle Hotel in 2011 with an ocean view and the same great menu that everyone　has grown to love and expect from us.
